Are You Lonely? Jon Stevenson’s ‘Rent-A-Pal’ Is Available Soon On Digital And DVD

Lightbulb Film Distribution are delighted to share the trailer and poster for director Jon Stevenson’s horror/thriller, Rent-A-Pal. The film stars Wil Wheaton (Stand By Me), Brian Landis Folkins (Hoax), Amy Rutledge (Neighbor), Kathleen Brady (Breaking Bad TV series), and Adrian Egolf (Red Dot). The film will be available on Digital on November 16, 2020 and on DVD January 11, 2021.

Synopsis:

Set in 1990, a lonely bachelor named David (Brian Landis Folkins) searches for an escape from the day-to-day drudgery of caring for his aging mother (Kathleen Brady). Whilst seeking a partner through a video dating service, he discovers a strange VHS tape called Rent-A-Pal. Hosted by the charming and charismatic Andy (Wil Wheaton – Star Trek: The Next Generation, The Big Bang Theory, Stand By Me), the tape offers him much-needed friendship. But it comes at a cost.
