‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ Film is in the Works

I’ve always been a huge fan of the Are You Afraid of the Dark? series, so I’m stoked about news of an upcoming movie!

According to Tracking Board, Paramount Players will be turning this amazing series into a feature film. Gary Dauberman (IT, Annabelle: Creation) will be writing the script.

“Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, I call this story…”

For those who aren’t familiar with the Are You Afraid of the Dark? series, it revolved around a group of kids who gathered around a campfire fire in the woods and told scary stories. They’re referred to themselves as the Midnight Society.

Are you excited about this new project? If so, let us know what your favorite Are You Afraid of the Dark? episode is!
